Praise be to God! Another eight pastors were ordained into the pastoral ministry today in Hyderabad, India. This raises the total number of ordained pastors in the LMSI from four to eighteen in just under a week!
These eight men have been studying for up to twelve years each and have now completed their seminary studies. Each of the eight are already serving congregations ranging in size from forty to one hundred and twenty. The oldest of the newly ordained pastors is I. Moses at 79 years old!
The ordination service was held at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Hyderabad, India, where Pastor Solomon Mamidi serves. Pastors Solomon Mamidi, G.J. Ananda Raju, Pradeep Lingala and Kalyan Gollapalli all participated in the service.
