The Lutheran Mission of Salvation - India (LMSI) provides food, shelter, clothing, care and education for approximately 300 children in 19 orphan homes. Children dressed alike indicate they are residents of one of those homes. (World Mission Souvenir, ca 2010) Jesus commends children in need into our care, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me (Matthew 25). Above all the children are taught about God’s grace in Jesus Christ. That’s the source of true joy!
