Visitors at Grace and Truth Lutheran School in Rajahmundry, India are gladly received at the campus with warm smiles and a welcome sign made of flower petals on the ground near the front gate. Our congregations also offer visitors a friendly reception when greeters meet them at the doors of our churches and welcome them to worship. We gladly receive guests at worship and encourage them to “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise (Psalm 100).” Why? Because at worship we learn of Jesus, the Savior who lived and died so we sinners would be welcome in heaven.
