Merciful Father, we come before You in sorrow as we see violence and death brought into Your house. Be with all affected by the shooting in Texas and comfort them in this time of mourning. Bring an end to the violence in our land and throughout the world, that all may live in peace. Let Your Word go forth and change hearts and minds with the good news of our Savior, Jesus Christ. In His name we pray. Amen.
