Gracious Heavenly Father, we come before You with our cares and concerns for our world and the uncertainty in the Middle East. We ask your protection on all who seek peace in our world. Prevent those who would do harm to the innocent from succeeding in their plans. Protect all those in our armed forces as they protect peace in the region and throughout our world. Give our leaders wisdom during this time, that they may do what is just and right. Grant us all the peace that comes only through Your Son, Jesus Christ, in whose name we pray. Amen.
