Help for Shalem- Update 11

Important Update!  Thank you to everyone for your many prayers in behalf of Shalem.  Shalem’s liver transplant surgery is scheduled for Tuesday morning at 4:00 a.m. in India.  That is 5:30 p.m. U.S. Central Time today!  Please pray for Shalem, his mother ,who is donating a portion of her liver to save her son and his doctors during this critical time!  We will provide updates as we hear more.  Pastor Solomon’s email is below.  The surgery will take approximately 13 hours.

Dear Rev. Steven Petersen,  Rev.Paul Fries,
Greetings.
Today evening the doctors confirmed Shalem’s surgery tomorrow morning at 4:00am.
Shalem is shifted from the room to ICU this evening  and preparing him for tomorrow’s surgery.
I went to the hospital with Deena and children.  Shalem is asking Sharon (My elder daughter) want to see her because she is his Sunday School teacher.   Though he is in the ICU, we went to the ICU and prayed for him.  Shalem is very much comfortable and brave to face the surgery.  Dr.Thomas Cherian is going to lead the team for surgery.   The surgery will take 13 hours.  It is time for us to pray for Shalem’s surgery.
I can update tomorrow on Shalem’s surgery.
Thank you
Solomon Mamidi
