Light for My Path Daily Devotion

Bible Reading

The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price. (Revelation 22:17 ESV)

Hymn  ELH 412:1,4  Come to Calvary’s Holy Mountain

Come to Calvary’s holy mountain,
Sinners, ruined by the fall;
Here a pure and healing fountain
Flows to you, to me, to all,
In a full, perpetual tide,
Opened when our Savior died.

He that drinks shall live forever;
‘Tis a soul-renewing flood.
God is faithful; God will never
Break His covenant of blood,
Signed when our Redeemer died,
Sealed when He was glorified.

Prayer

Jesus, my Savior, without cost to me, You have given me eternal life. Thank You for paying the price for my sins and for exchanging Your perfect life for my imperfect one. Amen.
